I came again to JP Plastic Surgery on the
day after the surgery and a nurse demonstrated how to tenderly shampooing. She
told me importance of not looking down, not rubbing when shampooing. So, for
two weeks after the surgery, I had to wash my hair with small amount of
shampoo, and by low pressure warm water (not hot water!).
